rubet Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Obligations

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and rubet ("rubet", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at rubet.org. By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the rubet platform in any manner — including placing bets, participating in games, or using any rubet service — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply in conjunction with any game-specific rules, bonus terms, promotional conditions, and the rubet Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

rubet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the rubet platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and use the rubet platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporate entity or third party;
• You are registering and using your account on your own behalf and for your personal entertainment only;
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You do not currently hold a self-exclusion order, cooling-off restriction, or any other responsible gaming limitation that would prohibit you from gambling;
• You have not previously had a rubet account closed or terminated for a breach of these Terms.

rubet conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. As part of this process, you will be required to submit valid government-issued identification documents confirming your identity and date of birth. rubet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where the player cannot satisfactorily establish their eligibility, including proof of age.

Any winnings accrued by an ineligible player — including any player under the age of 21 — will be forfeited in full. rubet accepts no liability for losses incurred by ineligible players and will take all reasonable steps to recover deposited funds where underage gambling is confirmed.

Each individual may hold only one (1) rubet account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. rubet reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein where duplicate accounts are identified.

Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details — including use of another person's identity — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rubet account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by a third party who accessed your account with or without your knowledge — is your sole responsibility.

• You must notify rubet immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
• You must not permit any other person to use your rubet account;
• You must use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform;
• rubet will never ask you for your full password via email, chat, or phone.

All transactions on the rubet platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). rubet does not charge currency conversion fees on any deposit or withdrawal. The payment methods currently supported by rubet for Pakistani players are: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL, and Meezan Bank.

Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day — these are displayed at the time of deposit and are subject to change;
• rubet does not accept cash deposits or any form of cryptocurrency;
• Deposits are credited to your rubet account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically instant; bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day;
• rubet reserves the right to request evidence of the deposit source as part of its KYC and anti-money laundering obligations.

rubet processes withdrawal requests promptly subject to the completion of applicable verification requirements. Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your rubet account. rubet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawal Conditions

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies per transaction, as displayed in the withdrawal section of your account;
• Players must have completed full KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Where a bonus has been claimed, applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before the associated funds become withdrawable;
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals to verified accounts are typically processed within minutes of approval;
• HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days to reflect in your bank account;
• rubet reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal at its reasonable discretion.

rubet reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms pending investigation. Where a withdrawal is withheld, rubet will communicate the reason to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.

rubet offers bonuses and promotions from time to time at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to specific Terms & Conditions that are published at the time the offer is made. By claiming any bonus, you confirm that you have read and accepted the specific bonus terms applicable to that offer.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only — eligibility criteria will be stated in the individual offer terms;
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough requirements) must be met in full before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated in the bonus terms;
• Different game types may contribute differently — or not at all — to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages will be stated in the relevant bonus terms;
• rubet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, collusion, or the use of prohibited strategies — will result in immediate bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.

The use of the rubet platform for betting and gaming activities is subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or market-specific rules applicable to individual products.

Sports Betting

rubet's sportsbook covers cricket — including PSL, Pakistan international fixtures, ODIs, T20Is, Test matches, and international tournaments — as well as other sports available on the platform from time to time. All sports betting markets are offered at rubet's discretion and may be suspended, amended, or removed at any time. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance; the odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your wager.

• Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned;
• rubet reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of an error in the odds or market data;
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability and platform latency — rubet accepts no liability for connectivity issues on the player's side affecting live bet placement;
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event, as displayed at the time of bet placement.

Casino & Instant Games

All casino games available on rubet — including live dealer tables, slots, Monster Mine, and Pearls of Bingo — use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. Each game's Return to Player (RTP) percentage is independently audited and displayed within the game interface. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and are not influenced by any prior game history or bet amount.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rubet platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balance forfeited, and may be reported to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account (duplicate accounts);
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information;
• Using another person's account, payment method, or identity documents;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the rubet platform;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating with other players;
• Abusing bonuses through arbitrage, prohibited staking strategies, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers;
• Using the rubet platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Attempting to access the rubet platform from a restricted jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or similar means of location masking;
• Engaging in conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward rubet staff or other players.

rubet uses advanced fraud detection and monitoring systems to identify prohibited conduct. Investigations are conducted confidentially and in accordance with our legal obligations. rubet cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies where criminal conduct is identified or suspected.

Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your rubet account;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rubet platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any rubet content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any rubet software;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices on rubet content;
• Use any rubet trademark, logo, or branding in any manner without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of rubet's intellectual property constitutes an infringement of our rights and may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted under this licence are reserved by rubet.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rubet's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player into their rubet account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

rubet shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical errors beyond rubet's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms;
• Losses arising from third-party payment provider delays or errors;
• Any indirect or consequential losses of any nature whatsoever.

The rubet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. rubet makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game data, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

rubet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at rubet.org/privacy-policy. By using the rubet platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

rubet implements technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, and destruction. Key data protection principles applied by rubet include:

• Data is collected only for specified, legitimate purposes and is not processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes;
• Personal data is kept accurate and up to date — you may update your account details at any time;
• Data is retained only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law;
• rubet does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

rubet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, rubet will provide reasonable notice via email to the address registered on your account and/or via a prominent notice on the rubet platform prior to the change taking effect.

Where you do not accept a proposed amendment, you must cease using the rubet platform and may request closure of your account prior to the amendment's effective date. Continued use of the rubet platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which rubet holds its international gaming licence.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, account decision, or any aspect of the rubet service, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. rubet will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aims to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure, it may be referred to the dispute resolution service designated by rubet's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available upon request from rubet support.

• You must submit a formal complaint within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute;
• rubet's decision on bet settlement matters — made in good faith and in accordance with applicable game rules — shall be final;
• Claims of a fraudulent or criminal nature will be referred to the appropriate authorities.
